Senior Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager (BDE/BDM)

Job Description

We are an emerging IT consulting and service company helping businesses transform through Salesforce, web, mobile, and digital solutions. As we expand our client network, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced BDE/BDM who can drive our business growth through effective lead conversion, client engagement, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound leads generated through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, website inquiries, references, etc.)
• Qualify, nurture, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships
• Understand client requirements to prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Conduct product/service demos, manage negotiations, and close deals successfully
• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to drive successful closures
• Track and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BDE/BDM in IT services, mobile/web app development, digital marketing, SaaS, or related industries
• Strong track record in lead qualification, conversion, and deal closure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client pain points and offer effective solutions
• Proficiency in proposal writing, documentation, and sales tools (like CRM or lead management platforms)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
